CAN'T SPEND MORE THAN WE MAKE--if that occurs bankruptcy will ensue...Government cannot continue to borrow to pay bills because they haven't yet mustered the "INTESTINAL FORTITUDE" to admit the problem is exponential growth of government and become steadfast and determined to implement the changes which are necessary to "FIX" the problem...Taxes are TOO DARN HIGH and the reason that the taxes collected from many sources in the local coffers such as the sales tax, the gas tax, real estate taxes, permitting fees, auto tags--deed and mortgage stamps and fees, and the mother of them all is impact fees is not enough is because we have listened to all of the good reasons to grow the government to implement and fund specific well meant projects---soon the request become political demands---and then the biggest lever held to the head of all political leaders is the funding for future campaigns--
Lobbyists have tainted the process--leveraging their position of community influence and financial influence to bring great pressure on the political leaders all over America.. And it is going to take great bold leaders to change the system, turn the clock back and focus on just approximately 5 ESSENTIAL PUBLIC SERVICES". This would eliminate possibly half of the Governments Budgets.
