Pacetti, Realtor/Emeritus and licensed Auctioneer AU3560 has created a revolutionary marketing platform that allows Realtors and Homeowners alike to utilize "THE AUCTION METHOD OF MARKETING" to sell their real estate listings or owner real estate holdings  in Florida and many other states without the requirement for the services of a licensed Auctioneer.
The format is a training course which teaches the different types of  Auctions and how to utilize the Sealed Bid Contract as your choice of instrument to effect your sale. While the marketing and initial training is a requirement the additional information in the course will enlighten you on the proper procedure for planning, promoting and conducting your Auction. WHAT DOES AUCTIONS OF THE WEEK MEAN-- Pacetti designed the Auctions of the week to be a re-occurring event whereby the Realtor can set a date and a time to hold the Auction.. If a property is not sold on Auction date you hold the Auction Weekly until the property is sold. EXAMPLE: HomeStar Pacetti Realty Network holds a Real Estate Auction each Wednesday in their offices located at 2520 SR 207 Saint Augustine, Fla. 32086 if in fact any sealed bids are received they are opened at 11AM. These Auctions can be ABSOLUTE OR WITH RESERVE AND CAN INCLUDE SHORT SALES AND FORECLOSURES!!
