Feeding Freenzy!!! Market rebound prediction!!

The numbers of available residential properties in the current local St. Augustine Board of Realtors- MLS inventory have been substantially reduced and the the supply of available building lots for new homes is about a 1.5 year supply with very little planning for future development..As the supply is steadily being absorbed the prices will have to go up--
The once abundant number of Foreclosed Reo Properties on the market is dwindling and are selling rapidly as soon as they are placed on the market--FREE ADVICE--do not wait if you are looking for a house because interest rates are the best i have ever seen and house prices have bottomed out in our area and prices will begin to escalate on existing houses.
There is an average of 12 new foreclosure lawsuits filed each week in St. Johns County,and 100+ in Duval County and 15 in Clay County, four or five in Nassau County, five in Putnam and 15 in Flagler County. Florida. The market will abdorb them and there is not enough new construction to keep up with the demand and as the number of listings dwindle things will begin to happen faat.
