VACANT HOUSES AND DUMB MORTGAGE COMPANIES PLUS THE "WORST HANDLING OF THE FORCLOSURE CRISIS BY OUR GOVERNMENT" has cost taxpayers, homeowners, Tenants and all tax paying Americans BILLIONS--BILLIONS BILLIONS unnecessarily. I barely got out of Hastings High but if i got a call I would put together a team of Realtors-Attorneys-Homeowners and in 2 weeks we would put together a plan to solve half of the homeowner/foreclosure problems in the next 6 months by taking over the process of Deed in Lieu--Mortgage Modification--Drawn Out Foreclosures--Vacant Houses costing Billions and Evictions --re-modeling-increasing the prices on Reo Properties and interst rates just enough to announce to the Public that they should quit sitting on the sidelines because prices are going up and Now is the Time To Buy. We would impose Sanctions on Banks who are properly capitalized that won't lend to homeowners and small businesses. This would immediately increase construction-development and investment in local economies changing the attitude and conversation from negative to positive and "AMERICA WOULD BE STONG and PROFITABLE AGAIN" AND MY TEAM WOULD DO IT FOR "FREE"
