It is primarily a sealed bid Auction. If we receive any sealed bids on any of our listings during the week we will open them at 11AM at our offices. The public is invited to bid and the sealed bid package is designed for each specific property and the terms of sale are listed In the sealed bid and any advertising brochures that we utilize.
