49 year AnnIversary as a Realtor!!!

Terry's 49 year Anniversary as a Realtor==On Jan 5th of 1965 at age 24 I became a Realtor and began my career working with Ed Overby the founder of Saint Augustine Realty. Mr O was a retired Marine Captain and treated me like a son. he taught me the basics of the business and in turn I have taught the same to over 2,000 Realtors. Mr Overby took me to the first Realtor Convention at the Hollywood Beach Hotel and there I met who later became the icons in the business such as Bill Watson, Glover Taylor, John Staninger, George Linville and many more. I had never seen the inside of a nice hotel. It was the beginning of an incredible journey for me. Today I understand the meaning of a Mentor. Some of The mentors I have had locally include Senator Verle Pope, Frank Upchurch Sr., Frank Upchirch Jr., Hamilton Upchurch, Bob Curtan, Put Calhoun, Herbie Wiles, Bill Young, Harold Wayne, Sonny Weinstein, Dick Weinberg, Carl Dawson and many more. They all were willing to share their time to advise and counsel me unselfishly. Today many are gone but I say thank you to them and their families. The greatest accomplishment in addition to having my wife Joyce and all 4 of my children- Chuck, Suzanne, Cassy and Cheyenne become Realtors was to have my Mom Estelle Pacetti become a Realtor and work with me for 38 years. To see she and Dad have a better way of life was worth everything. God has blessed our lives and I thank him every day.
My hat is off and the appreciation and humility I feel in my heart to You the public who have chosen our Pacetti Realty Company to represent you and to the many people who helped, counseled and advised me over the past 49 years is truly overwhelming.
At 73 Years Young my health is excellent and my work habits haven't changed still wide open every day and the plans we have for HomeStar Pacetti Realty and AUction over the next year are very exciting as we work towards our ultimate goals????
